Part of building a sustainable workout routine is doing different things you enjoy. Even if you enjoy, let’s say running, running the same route over and over gets boring. What if you added multiple exercises and activities to your routine? If you’ve recently moved to town, you may not know that most workout organizations and classes allow you to try out their programs or provide a free program every week. Taking advantage of these opportunities would allow you to try different activities, meet new people, and create a workout routine you enjoy!
